Cheapers Creepers!

This installment of cheapers creepers is from the American kingpin of cheapness: Forever 21. These "media" leggings from their Faith 21 collection go up to size 3X and are a mere $17.80. I loved newsprint ever since that Galliano collection a few years back...and these WILL be mine!
