Alt Girl Week

Plus size clothing for the alternative lass is not exactly easy to find. Especially for those of us with discerning taste and style. Very few alternative brands carry bigger than a 2X, and often those that do: aren't very, um, "stylish". Though it's harder to create these styles, it is NOT impossible. This week I will be featuring summer looks for different girls from retro to spooky to futuristic! Each of these girls will get a name and a fierce look...so stay tuned each day for 2 new sets!

Stephanie - just wait until Friday and have have 10 ladies to choose from!

Frances - thanks so much! I was obsessed with FRUiTs, the Japanese street fashion book, and I always loved the extra tidbits =)

  6. So cool! I had my punk/goth/alternative days back in HS. I would have totally worn the Zoe look. Now I would totally do the Collette looks. Love them both!

  7. I too had high school punk/goth/alternative days, but never grew out of them! The great thing is that these are all pieces that many styles can wear: it's just all how you accessorize them!
