Yes or No?

Now, yes, I realize that everyone should be able to determine their own personal style without worrying about what others may have to say about it. I'm a HUGE advocate of deciding on your own and wearing it with pride.

However, every once in a blue moon, I come across a piece that baffles me...do I love this, or is it the UGLIEST thing ever?? Case in point: I saw this blouse at Torrid and was drawn in, yet confused. It's a good cut for me and I think, if accessorized correctly, I could love it. It may also be because it reminds me of an Anna Sui top I'd always wanted...
